What's in a name?
I've had a lot of unregistered viewers in the last couple of weeks. I followed some of the links and found that there is an American hardcore porn star with my name featured on IMDB! Came as a bit of a shock and am really hoping people don't think I'm one and the same. Thing is, I don't really want to change my name again!
Oh my word! I'd change my stage name.

Oh Toni, I'm sorry but that made me chuckle! I really wouldn't worry about it, I'm pretty sure that most casting directors won't be mixing you up with a hard-core porno actress. There's bound to be other people with the same name somewhere in the world, my namesake works for the US government!!
I'm the same, but the American Nathan Head isn't a porn star- he's a top singer! lol
ha, I'm the same, I have been getting alot of views from all over the world with the google search criteria "Leigh Livingstone Nude" - I've never done any nude scenes.
When I investigated, she's a porn star!

Phew, so glad I'm not the only one as well. One thing that made me laugh though was a search with the words: small actress big nose. WELL! Of course it came up as I did a short for a company called Big Nose :-))
Mind you, my ex used to say that when I laughed, my nose spread all over my face - one reason why he's an ex :-))

The only other people with my name are a local councillor and a police seargent! Obviously Sharon Cannings is a name which commands respect!

Oh I'm so glad I'm not the only one who got freaked out. Someone searched for 'Cheska Moon nude body shots' - scares me because as far as I know I'm the only Cheska Moon and I haven't got any nude shots!!x
I've had loads of unregistered veiws as well, although nobody was looking for me nude (I feel slightly left out), they were lloking for one of my directors, who I've worked with quite a lot, nude!
I changed my name recently and have to confess, it took me weeks to make my mind up! I still feel like a little bit of my identity has been robbed but I'm now starting to enjoy being unique again!
My name sake wasn't a porn star though - whilst there was another actor with the same name but different spelling, a famous American Footballer was the source of the traffic from other websites!
Hmmm...I think I might try it the other way around and change my name to a Porn Star's.

I know what you mean Kris - even though Toni is what people call me (short for Antoinette) and Brooks is still a family name, it does seem strange but am getting used to it.

So it is not just me getting confused by unregistered people looking at me...I hope for their sakes they don't find a naked pic of me! Especially if they are eating at the time!!

There is also some technical bod called Jonathan Redmond in the states who has some IMDB entries for some behind the scenes stuff he did or whatever. You can tell I didn't read it with that much interest.
There is also a famous author with my real name (Jonathan Carroll) and a fairly well known newspaper columnist (Jon Carroll) somewhere in the USA west coast.
Ive had the nude search too which is a bit wierd.. Theres a Kimberley james who had a small role in baywatch apparently!Maybe looking for her?!

A few years ago, someone told me that on "googling" me,they found there is an American porn star also called "Erin Geraghty". Which is a pretty unusual name!I thought it was hysterical. Now, with CCP showing where our views come from, anyone putting "my" name and "nude" come to my page. This is probably because the profile asks prepared to work nude, and that's what the search engine finds.I'm sure they are very disapointed!
