What’s your type cast?

Will Brigham
Actor

Hey everyone,

How we look plays a big role on us as actors, as it tells us the types of roles we might play!

So just for fun, if you comment on this post, I’ll tell you what I would cast you as just based off first looks at your profiles.

Feel free to let others know on this thread too what you would cast them as!

And please remember this is just my opinion, so don’t feel like this is what everyone thinks of you, it’s just my opinion.

Yes, interesting idea. Think I know my casting type but would like to hear your thoughts. It might surprise me.

So, hope these don't offend. Just off the top of my head ideas: Paolo-Machiavelian young villain, Mitch-sensitive best friend, Paige-young arty type/musician, Chloe-nice, quirky friend, Lisa-modern young heroine, Matt-Public school, Sarah-femme fatale/strong independent type, Carmen-scientist in action/adventure, Andrew-posh rich guy, Tamim-young entrepreneur, Laura-Sorceress, Chris-ex forces/struggling with addiction, Jason-intelligent son of underworld crime boss, Georgia-girl next door, modern. Office worker, Jimmy-geezer. Working class, crime genre, Will-Young, androgynous, bi-curious in edgy C4 coming of age drama, Alice-studious/academic, Zahra-fiery celt/period, Sue-comedic mum or teacher, Kristopher-cheeky, Jack the lad, Stacey-pub landlady, confidant, shoulder to cry on.

I would love to know, as I keep hearing different things!

Will, I would cast you as a friend who you'd think is so innocent and friendly as first, but turns out to be a proper evil creep . Two-faced. :D

Andrew, Judging by your photos, as the wise guy who has it all figured out. A wise doctor or a hero who is willing to help others and lose everything.

Kristopher Mcdonald- Rough, maybe a gangster or is in a gang. Could play homeless. Could play an Middle Eastern character, maybe a refugee of some kind. This is based at looking at your main headshot. Also drug dealer, or something to do with being a criminal. Maybe Liam in "The Orphans" by Dennis Kelly.

Lisa Angelini- Girl next door- Quite flexible with casting. You could be either upstairs or downstairs (Downtown Abbey). Period look, but also looks like you could play a young mum.

Alice Wallis- Goth. Young restless but with an innocence. Daughter. Game of Thrones also Sabrina element to you. judging just by your main headshot.

Paolo Samaha- Waiter in a very fancy hotel. Club owner, maybe something in Cuba. Could see you wearing a tuxedo. So maybe something to do with spies. A villain in a movie. Judging by your headshot.

Much love. Keep safe and keep positive.

PS:
Stacey Guthrie- I am working on that soap for you haha ;)

Morning guys,

I think I covered everyone ! that was really fun.. I hope I didn’t offend anyone ( Its all Headshot Judgement) x

Matou Coindreau - you have the Julie Delpy sweet but independent voice. The single independent strong mum or career-oriented woman.

Trev Neo - The genius, computer geek, action hero, crucial to save the day. HEROES

Hannah Griffiths - The intellectual girl, hopelessly romantic, always searching for something more. misjudged.

Abu Sufiyan - A high school guy who ends up in trouble, always finds himself in sketchy situations, comic

Peter Mccrohon - Office guy, minding his own business, but desperate for a new life. The favorite uncle. Relatable

Sahra Gwenteth hook - Mystical, fantasy creature, fortune teller but also a strong character in a medieval British story. BTW I love your name (it means desert in Arabic, im sure you know! )

Jason Yip - Owner of a big business, SCI-FI, wants to save humanity, also a loving dad.

Stacey Guthrie - Threatening at first but makes you laugh, Life has been tough. owns a family business, bossy but sweet.

mitch Donaldson - The genuinely nice husband who gets cheated on, can also turn mean and hurtful. There's some charmful quirkiness.

Lisa angel ini - Takes no BS from anyone, strong emotional characters, the girl who looks to have it all together but deep inside a hopeless romantic.

Alice Wallis - the favorite teacher or a superhero character, wise but sweet.

Georgina daniels - the best friend, loyal, funny personality but is strong enough to give you a slap if you need it.

Jimmy O'Rourke - Funny dad, also could be a law enforcer with a secret life and fantasies.

Christopher Chapman - father figure with a hard job, life is tough and no one makes it easier.

Matt Hansen - Teenager, mild-mannered, the high school bully who end up falling with the girl who sets him right

Sarah Dorsett - Cabaret singer with strong character, also Helena Bonham carter with a power complex and a quirky wardrobe

Chloe Hatherley - Goth, dark vampire drama, the girl who looks nice but with evil to ruin the day.

Carmen rain Iykoo - The nerd, introvert, bullied at school but so clever, scientist, just needs to be discovered.

Tmim Aziz - Victim, sweet, looking for love, with a fine line of humor and an eye for the ladies but friend-zoned by a crush, waiter.

Laura Lake- Hard to get, the temptress, a spy with sexual advances to get what she wants, an evil video game character.

Paige Farnham - Girl next door, trying to find her purpose, but smart and rebellious of her own unfair life

Sue Parker nutty - Teacher, rigid and straight to the point, there’s a very soft and funny side.

Thanks guys! Funny reading your impressions.
Raneem Daoud - The Mystic. The woman who knows more things than she lets on. Strong and fierce, probably the woman the main character (average guy) is madly in love with.

Abu Sufiyan - The Jokester. Fun guy (I'm mainly judging from your main photo and your big smile). Or the Tough Guy with a good heart.

hahahaha . Learned my casting a loooong time ago . Im the usual suspect . Or the accidental hero . A man no one suspects would do a good deed. Every panto ive worked on , its been as the Villain . Every role ive been cast in TV has been a cop gone bad . And now my first feature has been as a corrupt MI5 officer . If i wear a suit i look like the accused . A mans gotta know his limitations . As varied as my smaller roles have been ,and despite my smiley happy go lucky shots , i will always be top of the list for the suspect .

Jason Yip, I love the idea of a vegan hitman. Ultimate compassion for animals, zero for humans.

Thanks Joanne , I'll take those! You have a great look for period dramas or I see you as a detective in a gritty thriller.
