Who viewed me (or rather, 'when')

Not sure if anyone was aware of this (I wasn't anyway!), but on the 'My Applications' page you can 'Order by view date'. Click search and it'll show your application views (https://imgur.com/SoMP7vz).

The jobs don't change no matter which option I click. Mind you, I don't think I've been 'migrated' yet so maybe that's why.

I think it's fair to say that option isn't as good as the previous model we had. Alas it's the best we're going to get bearing in mind the websites remodeling & reconstruction.

Not sure it works well though, as I have received replies and auditions to some jobs I applied to and yet they don't appear as "viewed"

What has happened to Saved Letters? When making an application if I click on Saved Letters instead of coming up according to Subject, now I get a list of saved first lines, As these tend to be similar it is difficult to find the Saved Letter that I want to use. Is this just me or others having the same problem?

Anyone here know the point of that heading towards the bottom of an application page, 'application status'? I probably will get a response from an administrator but I would prefer it if everyone could get the chance to respond.

I have looked back at approximately 40 of my last applications. Out of 3 jobs I received, 2 of those application pages now said 'job closed', one of these having displayed 'under consideration' a few weeks ago, when I already had the job. The 3rd job that I had is still displaying nothing under 'application status'. As I say above, what is the point of having that subtitle there in the first place? Why is the process so baffling and unhelpful?

Can you please send me a step by step description as to how I apply for jobs. I have clicked on apply for about 20, but I see none there when I click to see how many applications I have applied for. Is there already a guide somewhere in your website?

Hurst, firstly I take it you are clicking on jobs at the top of the page and then on applications? You should then see what you have applied for. Our issue these days is that we cannot see if these applications have been viewed, whereas we used to be given that information.

The actual applying for jobs should be straight forward, as long as you are eligible, i.e. fit the brief. Make sure that you click to send the application and don't just leave it as a 'preview'. If you do the latter it won't get sent.

Please let me/us know how you get on. Btw, it is just actors on this forum, not the administrators, who could well send you a private message regarding your query. (They 'oversee' things written for the forum.)

Hey, I’m pretty new here. Something I’d like to know is, is it meant to be completely blank underneath my application status? I saw someone say that they weren’t even told they got the job when they checked their application status, so how will I be told if I get the part? Will I get a phone call or an email or something else? And will I be notified if I’m not chosen for the roll?

Welcome to Mandy World. Since being taken over by faceless Backstage, it’s gone from bad through to appalling and on to complete and utter shambles. It’s potluck as to what service you get. Sorry.

Joan. Try jobs@mandy.com or mandysupport@backstage.zendesk.com
Possibly it was just sent to you in error but they should check it out for you.

Joan, this happened to me, when there was a time lapse between receiving one message and the other actual one. I did point this out to Mandy and was given some excuse, to which I said we can't afford to have such a time difference in this business, where we like to respond quickly and show our enthusiasm.

I think the whole web or messaging system by Mandy is designed wrongly & it misleading too.
It should be very simple.
Sometimes I can’t even it through my mobile,I have to use my iPad.
