Under consideration

"Under consideration" on the "Applications" page.. when did that happen? I'm sure that wasn't there this morning!

It's a handy thing, but it's vaguely alarming to quite suddenly start getting actual feedback! :)

Editorial Comment This is a new feature.

You get marked as under consideration when employers are interested (shortlist) your profile.

It doesn't mean that you'll be called in for audition, it doesn't mean you'll get the job. But it usually means your under consideration.
