Grassroots TV Pilot on London Live
On the 31st of March London Live, a new channel available on Digital channels, Freeview and Youview Channel 8, Sky channel 117, and Virgin channel 159.
One of the shows being aired is Grass Roots, and was advertised on Casting Call Pro back in June 2013
Grass Roots a six-episode mockumentary which centres on downtrodden club manager Harry Pickles and reveals a comical, honest and often grim portrayal of life in the lower tiers of English football. Penned and directed by fresh new talent straight out of Londontown, Luke Flanagan and Matt Connolly. Depending on how the pilot is receive all full six shows will be commissioned

Hi'Duainelike you i am involved in Grass Roots.We filmed on different days so did not meet.Will possibly meet up at the cast viewing soon.Lets hope its a winner for all concerned who put their all into this.All the best Jack

Grass roots airs the 20th of April at 9pm
Yes Easter Sunday at 9pm so its easy to remember 9pm Easter Sunday so its easy to remember and you can get it on the London Live internet feed too!! :)
They were filming a programme for this channel at the school I work at. I was working on reception and was asked to do a bit of 'acting' for it. I think it will be a bit of 'blink and you'll miss me'.
Its going to be everywhere after Monday.I will look out for you x
