What you'll do:–  Contributing to the development of strategic plans for all consumer PR for products and platforms.–  End-to-end project management and ensuring excellence in delivery, across both newsflow and bigger consumer activations.–  Be responsible for stakeholder management across Sky and externally to ensure colleagues and partners are engaged with our work; close liaison with our Corporate Communications, Marketing and Social functions to ensure work is aligned and amplified where relevant.–  Build and enhance Sky’s relationship with the media, including fostering key media contacts for the benefit of the team and business. Build your network and think innovatively based on the changing landscape of media.–  Handle reactive media enquiries and manage issues when required, including drafting statements, securing internal sign off and collaborating closely with journalists.–  Develop strong relationship with agency partners to ensure they are delivering the best work for our business.–  Provide strategic communications counsel to the business in your area of expertise (technology, media, innovation).–  Help to motivate and develop more junior members of the team, by acting as a role model and coaching throughout day to day activity.
