Reporting to the Head of Major Gifts, the post-holder will develop and coordinate cultivation plans for trusts and foundations, be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of high-value donors, writing proposals, reports, providing excellent stewardship and achieving a personal income target from existing and new potential funders. The successful candidate will have a systematic approach to fundraising, with excellent attention to detail, writing and organisational skills. They will have a successful track record of 5-6 figure+ support from trusts & foundations and previous experience of working to ambitious KPIs and financial targets.
