Don’t Choke is a black comedy-drama short film that aims to explore, in a surreal scenario, the toxicity, violence and passion surrounding the end of a marriage.On a cold winter’s night, Milton reluctantly accepts his wife’s challenge to play a match of tennis for the end of their divorce and the custody of their daughter Lily. All their colleagues and Lily watch on as Alice gradually breaks down Milton’s body and spirit, ultimately humiliating him to a breaking point where he considers a vicious retaliation.The film is set to be part of a four part anthology, exploring the themes of family and parenthood through different and unique styles and narratives.
