We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organised Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and provide comprehensive support to the General Manager, Creative Director and CEO.We have learned so much about ourselves in the last 6 months, about what this organisation stands for, who needs our support and what it is that we do best.As we continue to provide our services in these uncertain and sometimes frightening times we are constantly listening, reacting reshaping and challenging ourselves and the sector.We are in the process of planning what the next 12 months will look like and seeing where we can be bolder in our offerings and take risks with the kinds of work we want to do.This role is at the centre of this planning, ensuring that we are able to design and deliver our activities in an organised, efficient and thoughtful way.We have been thinking a lot about how we recruit and how we find ways to encourage applicants with different experiences and skills to join our team.
