Project DetailsMain responsibilities:Produce original video content for internal and external platforms including jpmorgan.com, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, as well as internal Intranet site.Strong technical video skills; shooting and editing digital video is required.Strong technical audio skills and knowledge of podcast best practices; this role will include podcast production, including editorial, audio production, and distribution.Manage internal and external resources to develop content ideas and produce videos.Manage vendor relationships and lead on agency video projects, ensuring video content meetsJ.P. Morgan quality and brand standards.Own selected video projects from start to finish and identify new and topical content ideas, as well as contributing to developing and executing distribution strategies.Coordinate with marketers and communicators from across the CIB to develop project scope.Support EMEA Marketing and Communications team with video project timelines, budgets, and on-site production to achieve strategic MarComms objectives.Ensure comprehensive video strategy on projects and align production timelines and budgets with MarComms goals.Participate in meetings with senior business and client stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and manage stakeholder needs and expectations.Lead the content approval process, including signoffs, contracts and releases, to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.Maintain production schedule documents and calendars, monitor content viewership and curate viewing metrics.Maintain video database, legal and compliance documents and retain documentation that all content meets ADA compliance (transcripts, closed captioning, etc.).Perform competitive analysis to develop new series, formats and content types.Consult with teams across the CIB to provide guidance on videos for conferences, recruiting, senior leader meetings, etc.
