Seeking two performers to partake in a staged promotional photo and video shoot in Bradford and the Yorkshire dales to support the development of an upcoming feature film ‘The Ceremony’ (not for commercial use). The film is being developed in conjunction with the BFI network. Actors will not be required to perform dialogue or learn material, but to inhabit the roles of two culturally distinct car-wash employees who find themselves facing an ordeal in the Yorkshire dales. These roles are ideally targeted towards those of Kurdish/Middle-eastern or Eastern European/Roma/Slavic origin but the opportunity is extended to anyone who meets the basic physical criteria. Ideally we are looking for performers based in Yorkshire or the North of England. No professional acting experience required.
