We are looking for dynamic, results orientated and collaborative candidates, passionate about the mission of the theatre. Applicants should be experienced in leading an arts marketing department or working at a senior level in a marketing or advertising agency. We are keen to meet candidates with the ability to motivate, inspire and influence people and cultivate the best audiences for the theatre’s work. The successful individual will have an appetite to promote and support the wide range of productions, projects and events that the theatre creates – locally in our neighbourhood with friends and residents, on our stages, nationally and internationally. Since autumn 2020 we have been celebrating our 50th Anniversary year, and we are marking the extraordinary impact the theatre has had on the arts and culture sector.
