An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Learning and Engagement to manage the theatre's Learning and Engagement team (L&E) in the successful delivery of the Learning & Engagement strategy, connecting with the theatre's wider artistic objectives and programmes, working with and for a diverse range of children, young people and communities. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the theatre's youth and community work across Salford and the North West ensuring that all activities, projects and programmes delivered by the Learning & Engagement team are high quality, accessible, diverse and appropriate in their reach. This role is operationally focussed with responsibility for financial & people management. You will have excellent communication and networking skills and a background in the arts sector.
