The conservatoire is looking to appoint an experienced Access & Participation Manager to lead on the creation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the conservatoire’s Access and Participation Plan. The role involves leading cross-conservatoire project teams to deliver programmes aimed at closing the access, success and progress gaps identified in the conservatoire’s Access and Participation Plan.  Successful applicants will have experience of collecting, analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data and experience designing, managing and delivering programmes/projects with robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks. Knowledge of OfS access and participation requirements, processes and initiatives is desirable, as is experience of developing partnerships and collaborative projects and identifying and applying for external funding, and managing consequent projects or programmes.
