    Job PurposeResponsible for the development of visual identity, design and brand guidelines across all aspects of the customer journey (online/offline).Manage and optimise the design production process (internal / design agency) to ensure consistency in quality standards and guideline compliance.Lead the creation of high quality, engaging graphics and animations in line with the global content strategy for all channels including but not limited to content for pro.sony, social media, email and campaigns.Support the website development process with UX mock ups and prototypes to improve customer engagement and experience.Work closely with the Video production team to ensure creative alignment across all audience specific deliverables.To support the design and production from concept to delivery of brand, product or solutions based digital marketing content, sales enablement content or instructional design training content.Manage and optimise the design production process (internal / design agency) to ensure consistency in quality standards and guideline compliance.To support photoshoots, grade photos to bring out and enhance the colours of images shot in RAW or to superimpose images into the sceneTo create graphics to be used in animations or motion graphic videosTo produce sales presentations and other graphic rich PowerPoint content to support sales teams or internal communicationsTo support the digital content needs of a number of business groups including but not limited to:Media SolutionsCorporate, Education and Theatre SolutionsHealthcare SolutionsSports SolutionsKey Responsibilities & Scope for Decision MakingWork with the digital content managers or specialists to define the content briefCommunicate effectively with a number of stakeholders at all levels within the organisation across Europe and Japan from the initiation of a project through to completionCommunicate with subject matter experts, product specialists or HQ to collate documentation and graphics to assist in the creation of the digital assetsManaging or support product or customer photoshootsUpload and tag all content in our Digital Asset Management SystemWork with Marketing Communication Managers or PR teams to advise when new assets are availableHost review meetings online or face-to-face with subject matter experts/product specialists/HQ to get feedback on contentSupport the peer review process ensuring strong attention to detail is made on all digital content created within the teamSend digital assets to relevant teams to publish and ensure relevant PR or Comms teams are aware they can also use the created assets for their channelsKeep up to date with latest creative trends in graphic designDevelop and maintain a good standard of product knowledge across the Sony professional range.Support where necessary major conferences, events and trade shows as appropriate with content created for or about the eventResponsibility for products and equipment being in excellent working order and to ensure their security when used on training coursesQualifications & ExperienceEssentialExperienced graphics designer with experience working with an establish global brand in a digital environmentExcellent eye for detail and a passion to create amazing content representative of the standards expected from a global brandExpert in using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Light RoomExpert in using Microsoft PowerPointProficient in using Adobe InDesign and IllustratorProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent written and communication skillsExperience of taking complex subjects and creating a simple to understand storiesExperience creating info graphicsExperience working with global stakeholders who may be based outside of the UKFluent in English, written and oral.Willingness to travelBeneficialPractical experience preparing images or documents for printExperienced using Adobe Premier and Adobe After EffectsBackground in creating instructional design contentDemonstrable experience of managing contractors and third-party providers in delivering digital contentA university degree or equivalent professional qualificationExperience in video editingBring your uniqueness to SonyWe recognize that each and every one of us is original and different.
