    As Creative Lead you will design and manage the creative on our most important Bids/Pursuits. < > /strong≥ < > /span≥conjunction with Pursuit Coachs, Pursuit Leads, Communications Specialists and Senior Creatives located across the UK and Northern Europe, we develop compelling and differentiated Pursuits using various media, software and outputs.We expect expertise in the main Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop). We expect expertise in the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint and Word). We deliver outputs for screen and print. We explore new techniques in that delivery using AR/VR, microsites, video, animation, presentations and printed collateral. < > /span≥collaborate extensively with non-designers through the medium of PowerPoint and Word – and are at the cutting edge of what we can integrate from our Adobe software into those platforms. If this is relevant for you, just let your recruiter know when you make your application. < > /span≥< > strong≥Your role < > /strong≥Design, layout and visualisation of a wide range of Pursuit collateral: from PowerPoint/Word/InDesign documents - infographics, graphs, diagrams and large format graphics, document layouts, interactive website elementsStrategically interface and brainstorm with senior partners regarding the visual display of information; ability to grasp the substance of business issues being communicated and then re-articulate visual options that enhance/clarify audience understandingExercise judgment and project management skill to balance priorities and communicate to teams to meet and exceed project deadlines and commitments; keep internal clients informed of projects and progressDemonstrate leadership and teamwork through active participation of on-site coordination of deliverables in time-sensitive situations in collaboration with pursuit managers, editors, client service teams and regional resourcesAdvanced skills in PowerPoint and Word are essential.
