WHAT SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE YOULL NEED TO HAVEYoull be working closely with our Creative Leads, focusing heavily on the initial concept stages of a project; generating compelling ideas, gathering references for the mood + look, proposing viewpoints, lighting, and presenting a clear approach in a convincing way.Youll have the experience to support the more junior members of the team in delivering work at the highest quality.Applicants should be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the image making process - From crafting beautiful, emotive and thought provoking concept art to delivering final imagery worthy of adorning the world's most prominent billboards.A stunning portfolio of photorealistic imagery and film, showing attention to composition, colour harmony, framing, and storytelling is essential.Technical skills and knowledge of software and tools are not essential as we are happy to provide training on this for the right candidate, but our daily tools are 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Forest Pack, RailClone, and Photoshop.Knowledge of Fusion (or similar), Premiere, and either Unreal Engine and/or Unity would be advantageous.Conversational English is essential.WHAT WE OFFERYoull be joining a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team of 60+ at one of the top 10 fastest growing agencies in the UK.
