This is a varied role and will give the chosen applicant the chance to experience many parts of the business.As a Temporary Copy Writer and Proof-reader, you will be working on our established magazines, step by step instructions, education material and marketing material. Working closely with our Team Leaders you will be open to critique and not afraid to voice opinions and ideas.Although the position can be done from home, from time to time you may need to come into the office for training or collection of product, so please only apply if this is possibleRequired Education, Skills and Qualifications• Assist Education / Publishing Editor, and Art Editor with all aspects of proof reading• proficient in In-design,• able to create simple documents to turn into PDFs for the digital mag team• Great attention to detail.• Able to manage time, prioritise and be organised.• Experience of working to tight deadlines.• Understanding of the craft industry would be an advantage.• Experience in Photoshop & Illustrator is desired, but training will be provided.• Conversant in working on both PC and Apple Mac platforms.• Team player.If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.Please send CV highlighting relevant experience.
