The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Principal and Chairman of the Board, both of whom are experienced fundraisers who understand their pivotal role in making ‘the ask’ and are committed to playing a full and active part in driving the College’s development agenda.  S/he will be supported by the College’s newly-constituted Development Board and have the opportunity to influence and expand its membership.With a passion for music and the arts, the successful candidate will be a highly strategic and creative thinker with an impressive track record in securing major gifts and a confident and creative approach to philanthropy.
