Working in a busy, exciting and fast-moving marketing and press office, you'll be supporting on a range of marketing activity that promotes the work of the theatre in an imaginative, relevant and inspiring way. You contribute to campaign planning and delivery in order to develop audience retention, loyalty and frequency. This role would suit someone early in their career but eager to progress in the world of arts marketing. Birmingham is the most diverse core city in the UK and our location means over 4 million people can access our theatre within 45 minutes. You will want to get to know Birmingham and its people first-hand and will be a passionate advocate of theatre being for everyone regardless of background.
