The studios – a creative space for young people – is a home for young Londoners where the next generation of creatives are using their talent and their voice to change the world around them.About youWe welcome applications from people who feel they can bring their own experiences and ideas to the table and empower those around them to do the same.The RoleWe are looking to appoint an experienced Producer, who as part of the programming and producing team will develop and deliver a diverse, imaginative, engaging and dynamic artistic programme of cross-artform productions.This role is key to the delivery of our artistic vision and requires accurate and efficient coordination and financial management across all in-house programmed, presentation and produced work.In conjunction with the Senior Producers, the Producer will:• Oversee the programming of Studio Theatre and ensure that all programming aligns with organisational objectives, ensuring exceptional opportunities for young people on and off stage and supporting artists and work at various stages of development.• Support on the delivery of large scale work in the Main Space as well as offsite and touring work as required.• Be responsible for supporting the day-to-day requirements of the Programming and Producing team and wider organisation.• Work with the Senior Producers in developing long-term strategic relationships with partners to extend the reach and enhance both the quality and impact of our work.• Line-manage the Producing Coordinator, nurturing their talent and aiding their professional development.• Support the development and delivery of the Resident Artist programme.We’re looking for someone who has excellent project management skills and knowledge of the performing arts sector at all scales. You’ll work collaboratively with other internal departments to ensure we collectively deliver quality and excellence across our programmes.The theatre is a place of great spectacle and a home for young talent. It is a hub of inspiration where artists and emerging talent create extraordinary work and where young people can grow creatively as individuals.
