We are looking to recruit an experienced, talented, energetic and inspiring practitioner to lead and develop our LAMDA programme within Schools. There may also be the opportunity to engage in additional project based work as part of the academy curriculum.Candidates will need to be experienced practitioners and have taught the LAMDA qualification in Acting at all grades. They must have a knowledge of the acting industry and a passion for performing themselves.Prior experience successfully taking young people through the qualification is essential. You should have a passion for teaching young people and be excited by the prospect of working towards preparations for a final exam. You will need to be responsible, reliable and punctual and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We would like the applicant to be comfortable in teaching students from 5-adult. We offer Acting, Musical theatre, group, verse and prose, reading for Performance, public speaking and Shakespeare examinationsApplicants will be expected to follow an induction training course with us.Feel free to check out our YouTube channel here for more insight into who we are and what we do.
