Opening our doors to the widest possible talent pool and providing opportunities for anyone to discover and experience the wide range of careers available back-stage is central to our people strategy. We have been providing apprentice opportunities in technical and production departments since 2007, and as of last summer 66 apprentices have graduated from our scheme, 88% of whom have continued to work in the industry. Our work experience scheme provides parallel opportunities for shorter-term exposure to the world of work across the full-range of our operations.We aim for both of these schemes to be progressive and sector-leading, and we are now looking for a new Officer to run the day-to-day activities of the Work Experience scheme and provide support to the Apprenticeship programme.
