I'm an actress in my 20s living alone with my mum in Stanstead Abbotts (near Ware / Broxbourne / Harlow). It's way too awkward to self tape with my mum, most of my actor friends live in London and my non-actor friends are busy with their normal jobs, so it's always really difficult to find someone to read with me for self tapes, who is able to be generous with their time and understand the process of taping.I would love to connect with a couple of actors of any age/gender/experience who live in this area - if there's anyone out there! Of course, my idea is that I would help you as much as you would help me, so I hope we'd be able to make a mutually convenient arrangement together.I have professional-quality studio equipment at home and live in walking distance of St Margaret's station, and there's a bus stop right outside my house.I have an agent and also regularly apply for paid jobs on Mandy. I get on average about 1 scripted self tape request per week where I need a partner to read with. I have a lot of experience auditioning/taping for casting directors and have booked speaking roles in television, film, commercials - all mediums - but I did not train formally.I'm open to working with ANYONE who has a passion for acting regardless of experience or training. I just want to connect with people who are able to be positive, supportive, patient and generous when we work together, as this is how I am when I read for people.
