This role is ideal for someone looking to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing company, spearhead  meaningful projects, and work closely with innovative leaders on transforming a beloved brand into a leading entertainment company. Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously based on the needs of the CCMO’s organization and the teams we partner with most, collecting input from key stakeholders and ensuring alignment across global teams on goals, plans, and deliverables.Develop, author and create presentations-- conceptualize, lead, analyze and present qualitative and quantitative plans.Organize the CCMO organization’s meeting cadence, including prioritization of agenda, preparation and distribution of materials.Serve as strategic gatekeeper of CCMO’s time to ensure adequate balance of the calendar to maintain time for strategic thought, Board and external stakeholder relationship building, etc.Translate complex issues into simple courses of action. Ability to create & maintain relationships with ease across the organization and ensure the flow of information between the CCMO and the team at large.Partnering with all relevant teams to manage the intake and preparation for the CCMO’s  internal & external meetings, appearances, interviews, keynotes, networking events, etc.Draft communications and own content development for the CCMO’s internal and external speaking engagements, including partner meetings, org-wide all hands meetings, executive and board meetings.Understands the company strategy and how it translates to the CCMO’s organization. Develop deep understanding of key metrics that measure the organization’s success and co-own the OKR process.Understand and own data/analytics of all CCMO’s projects, identify data stories in the correct way, synthesize comprehensive information  to tell a cohesive story Communicate updates to CCMO in a clear, concise, organized and timely manner on agenda, projects, etc… to ensure no ball is droppedExperience and Background:5-7+ years of experience in strategy, comms, operations, or marketing at a marketing, entertainment or tech company. Strong understanding of the marketing landscape, campaign and communications development and strategic frameworks.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines and rapidly shifting priorities.Self-starter with an active sense of urgency and impeccable follow-throughCapable of managing stakeholder relationships across multiple functions internally and externallyTrustworthy and can keep sensitive information confidential at all timesExtremely organized, detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsExcellent presentation skills - you can develop and deliver engaging presentations, and run efficient and productive meetingsAre a highly analytical, strategic, and creative thinker with strong business acumen and modeling skillsNo job should be too small, nor any problem too big to work through, particularly through collaboration with the teamDesire to help advance an inclusive and diverse working environment.Deep passion and knowledge of music and culture - constantly keeping up on changing trends and meaningingful moments. Proactive & Resourceful - Is very solutions oriented Clear communicator - clear, concise and constant communicationBased in New York Metropolitan Tri-State Area
