    We are a world-famous football club based in North London. Off the pitch, the Club has a strong and successful business model centered around building a platform for long-term success, which includes our new world-class stadium.



    The Club operates out of multiple sites, including Lilywhite House, an open plan office linked to the stadium, where this position is based. The Club is seeking an experienced Archive Producer to join its already-successful team, under the guidance of the Channels Video Lead.



    The candidate will have a focus on Spurs TV’s historical content output to our owned and managed platforms including the production of short, medium and long-form features in association with our chosen broadcast partner. This role will have a deep understanding of Tottenham Hotspur history coupled with a passion for creating engaging content for large audiences.



    The successful candidate will be required to work some weekends. In addition, it is desirable that candidates hold a full driving license and their own transport to travel to and from shoots where required.

    Key Responsibilities



    Ideate and produce a range of short, medium and long-form archive features for Spurs TV’s owned and operated channels.Oversee the creative development and research of new archive productions.Work closely with Spurs TV’s chosen broadcast partner to produce a range of new archive features.Develop Spurs TV’s video archive to improve efficiencies across productionWork with other Producers to create, request, commission, or repurpose existing material as appropriate.Use data to demonstrate the value of productions, using learnings to develop and adapt each project to drive subscriber growth.Contribute to the wider Spurs TV team’s production calendar for planning purposes.Work closely with the Program Manager and Production Coordinator to schedule and key content pieces.Ensure each archive feature receives adequate cross promotion from owned and operated channels to drive viewership to Spurs TV platforms where applicable.

    Skills & Experience



    A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a production environment on mid and long-form content.Previous experience working on archive features and documentaries with varying budgets.Good knowledge of Tottenham Hotspur History.Candidates would benefit from a working knowledge of the wider Adobe Suite including Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects.Knowledge of key footballing territories, their audiences, and their idiosyncrasies.Strong coordination skills and experience contributing to large scale content plans and schedules.Comfortable adopting a brand's tone of voice across individual productions.Strong Copywriting skills.Sound editorial judgement.Excellent understanding of analytics tools and reporting.A finger on the pulse in terms of industry trends.Adept using Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Excel.Degree or equivalent in English, Media, Broadcast Journalism, Marketing or other related subject.
