Project DetailsAs Ticketing Systems Administrator you will be responsible for show and event set up using our computerised ticketing system SRO (SeatGeek) to build events, pricing, special offers and reports. As part of the Set Up and Support team you will also resolve questions from staff and Quaytickets clients via telephone, e-mail and live chat.You will be responsible for administering all aspects of the ticketing systems, including but not limited to: basic event information, pricing and discounts, holds/locks, allocations, website images and text, sales dates, API and allocation sales, user access and security, access control, batch and individual printing, payment and delivery methods, creating new report templates and scheduled reports, ticket layouts and seating plans as well as processing ticket sales, exchanges and refunds as required.
