    With a mission of producing world class videos for our iconic brands, you will oversee content creation, build and maintain relationships with external clients, production houses and internal cross-functional teams.The ideal candidate has a strong history of creating and executing digital videos (from ideation through post), an interest in current trends/popular culture and a deep understanding of how to direct on-camera talent/manage shoots in different languages from a different time zone.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesReports into the VP of Local Language Operations.Lead central producer for all Condé Nast brands, for all wholly owned local language markets + working on ad hoc projects to support the english language division.Predominantly work on local language videos for multi-market distribution.Partner and collaborate with the Programming/Development team and be the liaison between vendors and other key stakeholders in order to thoroughly produce videos.Liaise with the legal team to ensure we have appropriate contracts and licensing within international legal boundaries.Negotiate and manage music licensing agreements as neededMust be comfortable and experienced in tracking high-level content success.Must have global contacts and be able to foster relationships (crew, cast, agents, publicists, vendors, etc.) and continue to grow the global network and resources successfully.Needs to own and understand accountability and responsibility for all projects and their teams.Always hits deadlines, leads by example, a model CNE employee for all to emulate.Always has an eye on the larger goals of the video and how each video created impacts KPIs.Work with our talent group to execute talent releases and be an expert at working with high-level talent.Work collaboratively with teammates to develop new tools and workflows that will empower the group and broader CNE stakeholders.Managing end-to-end Production from creative inception to final exports for all Condé Nast brands.Create and manage production schedules (including post and translations workflow), budgets, selects, and final versions of all assigned programs.Lead on set production when necessary.Driving and Producing all high-level talent shoots.Follow and adhere to all brands’ shoot and copy style guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency in all content produced.Must understand the operations and processes of Post Production, in order to align with the Programming plans.Create (when necessary) and manage relationships with translation vendors and oversee workflow.Managing subtitle translation workflows into 9 different languages.Manage and track the central local language department budget and liaise with finance where necessary.Financial reconciliations and reporting of all shootsArt Buying to find appropriate Directors and crews around the world and supporting our International teams with productions.Be the key contact for the international teams to field their questions and to allow them access to our digital best practices for shoots and deliverables and to help problem solve and recommend production teams globally as needed.Participate in creative brainstorms, as needed.Management of freelancers and onboarding new starters.Ability to help train new employees. Positive leadership and mentorship that supports retention attitude. Active in decreasing attrition. Actions adequately, encourage/support subordinates personal/professional growth.Essential Skills & RequirementsExtensive experience in video production, at least 5 of which in digital videoPast experience supervising the entire video creation process from treatment to final delivery. Must display high levels of proactivity with their work ethic.An “all hands on deck” and “can-do” attitude. You are the driving force behind the shoots, including but not limited to: Art buying, researching, producing - this role does it all.This individual must display leadership qualities and pride in their work.
