We have two live events coming up for our client in November, on the 11th and 25th, and I'm currently trying to scope out availability of a freelancer who could help us with this.The client are hosting two forums, each lasting approximately 1.5 hours and consisting of 4 or so formal presentations (with powerpoint slides that we would cut to during the stream) as well as an interactive member q&a session with audience questions (via video diall-in or built-in chat).We'll be setting up and filming the forums on a two-camera set up, as well as inputting the powerpoint via HDMI into our live editing software/system. We then need to cut between these three visuals throughout the event.We're currently in the process of choosing which platform we'll be using to host the livestream, but I think this may be Zoom Webinar. There is also some rehearsal time scheduled in for the day before the events to set everything up and run through the schedule of the event.If this sounds like something you could help out with, please get in touch!
