Teaching opportunity:CONTEPORARY DANCE TEACHER Maternity cover for contemporary dance teacher needed specialising in Cunningham, Release, and Graham to teach contemporary dance to under 16s at Stalder Academy of Dance based in Sale, Manchester.Proficiency in contact improvisation and/or physical theatre desirable.There is also an opportunity to teach a class of ballet and a class of tap, so skills in both dance styles also desirable.The period of teaching will be w/c 5th January 2022 and ending at Easter, 10th April, 13 sessions in total or one academic term.Time of class is every Thursday evening beginning at 4:14pm, and Friday evenings beginning at 4:00pm.Professional teaching experience welcomed but not mandatory.£p/h: TBATo apply, please write a cover letter introducing yourself and explaining why you are suitable for the role, a CV attached, and a link to your showreel and/or a video demonstrating your dance work in the studio.If shortlisted, an interview via video call will follow.
