    We have an exciting opportunity for a Social & Publicity Content Creative to join the Creative team. As part of the Creative team the Social & Publicity Content Creative will collaborate with the Social Creative to create social media content for paid advertising across our entertainment brands including but not limited to Dave, W and Alibi as well as working with the Comms team to produce short form content for a variety of publicity purposes. In this role you will get to:Work with the wider Creative and Social teams within the 360 creative workflow process to create bespoke content to support the overall Marcomms strategies.   Work closely with the Social Creative to produce, shoot and edit bespoke social content with talent  Assist the Publicity team by producing & delivering various assets to third party vendors. Be the conduit between the Creative team & Comms team ensuring all publicity assets are aligned with current campaigns & adhere to brand guidelines.  Work with Internal Comms to produce content to support internal company events and initiatives.  We are looking for someone who has:A portfolio of short form content that demonstrates your ability to produce, film and edit bespoke assets.An understanding of what kind of content will engage and inform our audience. Great video editing experience with a native understanding of social media platforms formats A flair for storytelling and delivering to a brief. Confidence behind the camera, with the ability to shoot and direct to capture bespoke content for shoots. Experience with video editing and familiarity with associated rights restrictionsExperience of camera-manning and video editing software packages including Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After EffectsWho you are:Passion for social media and is up to date with the latest trendsPassion for TV and the advertising industryAn ability to multi-task on a variety of different projects and prioritising a heavy workloadStrong relationship management and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across a number of departments and service An audience-first mindset, be creative and a proactive self-starter
