We are looking for a skilled and energetic person to manage our build workshop Invisible Blue are a leading set production company supplying set and decoration to a wide range of product launches, fashion shows, exhibitions, and private events. Our projects are hugely varied in content, style and design making this a varied and exciting role. This role essentially co-ordinates the build, construction and prep of multiple projects through our busy workshop Key duties include ·      Scheduling carpenters, painter’s, and finishers ·      Ordering and ensuring the smooth supply of materials ·      Liaising with logistics in terms of crewing, loading schedules and packing ·      Working with Project managers to manage workflow and design details ·      Managing returning projects, hires, recycling and disposal·      Booking and ordering hire equipment Key Skills include ·      Having a solid knowledge of set build and construction·      Great personnel skills, to manage a large team of people with different skills ·      Being able to navigate a wide range of projects and components ·      To be able to cope with tight time frames and short lead times ·      Prioritise workflow and completion datesThis role sits at the heart our business and forms a core role within our team of creatives, project managers, logistics team and skilled makers.
