The successful actors and actresses will be working in our SEN schools and will provide 1:1 and small group support in classroom settings. Some of the students are non-verbal and with such a wide range of learning difficulties, and students are supported by a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Art therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists. Some students will have physical disabilities and are wheelchair users.Being able to use Makaton (sign language) or PECs will be ideal. You will also assess individual learning needs and work on a small group basis.
