This is a hands-on role with administrative tasks and duty management shifts, involving regular evening and weekend work.Who you are:You will have a hands on approach with previous experience in an operational management role.You will showcase exceptional communication skills and be highly organised. Flexibility is paramount to this role.This role is 40 hours across 7 days (some weeks 40 and some may be 50+ depending on what is on in the business)If you are looking to be part of something big in the future, then we want to hear from you!Who we are:The Kettering Conference Centre is a multi-functional sports and conference centre located in Kettering, Northamptonshire. Within the complex is four businesses, Kettering Conference Centre, Balance Health Clubs, Lighthouse Theatre and Arena Sports. The Kettering Conference Centre has a wide variety of rooms offering a mixture of large events, exhibitions, wedding, and smaller meetings. Balance Health Clubs is Kettering's biggest and best health club and spa. Arena Sports offers casual sport bookings and is also the location of Volleyball England's National Volleyball Centre, and the Lighthouse Theatre has a capacity of 547 and offers a variety of theatre shows all year round including an annual Christmas pantomime.The Kettering Conference Centre is part of The Venues Collection, which is part of global catering and support services provider, Compass Group UK & Ireland.
