    This is a dual role: providing the global social accounts with social-first storytelling; and leading the @ Vogue account, an experiment and pilot in shopping.This person is a key POC for the Social leads in market, providing social-first content and video cut downs.This person will be the Social lead for the recently launched shopping initiative for @Vogue, taking direction from key stakeholders including Creative, Fashion & Commerce Partners, the Site Director, Global Senior Director of Audience Development, Social and Analytics.The ideal candidate has experience working with Edit, Creative, Video and Audience Development. They will be creative, highly organised and an exceptional communicator. This person will display the behaviours outlined in the Audience Development Competency Model.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and project manage with the Instagram Shopping initiative under the strategic direction of key stakeholders Measure, record and evaluate the social signals and stats and report back to the stakeholders regularly.Pitch creative examples that are native to the platform for @Vogue that will help boost engagement and reach new audiences.Work hand-in-hand with The Get team to align editorial and commercial priorities.Manage production—from briefing to posting—for social-first shopping content.Be responsible for posting cadence on both the grid and IG Stories.Ideate, create and distribute content under creative and strategic guidance as per the Global Vogue Social Strategy and global KPIs Contribute to and be guided by a content calendar to ensure social accounts have best-in-class social storytelling that drives engagement and, in turn, traffic to siteCoordinate story production timelines and asset delivery with wider production and Vogue teamsFollow briefs, produce stories and ensure sign-off for all packagesReceive and evaluate social pitches from the markets and coordinate content sharing and cross promotion.Monitor global social channels and share highlights with the teamEvaluation of audience insights and data to feed into reports with strategic recommendationsSupporting the Audience Development and Analytics lead to pull data, track and report data for social media accounts and social storiesManaging contracts, agreements, briefs, invoicing and external communications with freelancers and community membersRecord costs and keep to budgetKeep abreast of developments in the industry and market changesEssential Skills & RequirementsRelevant experience of creating content for digital platformsDetailed knowledge of social platforms, algorithms and trendsExperience in the fashion industryKnowledge of social data and an ability to communicate successes and lessons Ability to clearly articulate and present to all levels of managementAbility to navigate and clearly communicate with diverse global social and editorial teamsExperience of working cross-culturally. A second language is a plus
