Contract DetailsFlexibility with 0-hour contract. Events do tend to fall over weekends, but the brand ambassador remain in complete control of when and how often they work. Sales incentives for top performers as bonuses, holidays, industry specific vouchers e.g. headshots and equipment for self tapes. Discounted food for the brand ambassador's dog. Opportunity to work in a fast growth VC backed start-up. Regular socials and networking opportunities with other creatives. Production states: "During training period you will be paid a minimum of £250 to get you up and running, after which average earnings per day are £200."
