    Senior Paid Media ManagerMarketing  9 Month Fixed Term Contract London (remote working at the moment) Why you should join us…We connect with millions of people every day, make content they can't get enough of and reflect and shape the world we live in… and we do all this through the power of creativity.We will be a digitally led entertainment and media company that creates and brings brilliant content to audiences, wherever, whenever and however they choose.We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Media Capability Director, the Senior Media Manager will work with our Paid Media agency (Essence) to plan the media for the UK’s largest commercial broadcaster. This will cover ATL and BTL media channels across both Viewer and Consumer Marketing with a view to creating a more holistic and joined up strategy across the portfolio. This role is an integral part of the wider media team and will have oversight of a multi-million pound media budget, working with the Paid Media agency and internal owned teams to drive efficiencies in media and targeting capabilities. The successful candidate will be accountable for mutually beneficial relationships with media agencies and owners, ensuring that ITV is getting the best value, innovation and creativity. Collaboration and organisation will be at the heart of this role and the successful candidate will be responsible for bringing together Paid Media with the wider owned media team, ensuring responses are planned and joined up across channels.  They will lead ways of working enabling clear communication and visibility of workstreams across teams. Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, strategy and delivery of Paid Media together with the agency for ITV Viewer and Consumer marketing.Collaborate with the broader media team, marketing and creative to ensure plans are fully integrated and joined up in their approach.Own the annual laydown across Viewer and Consumer Marketing ensuring clear communication of plans to relevant teams as well as buy in and engagement across key stakeholders.Help lead the prioritisation of activity across the marketing department using data and insight to make objective decisions. Work together with budget owners and finance to ensure media is planned to budget and commercial contra targets are met, driving efficiencies and cost savings where possible.Own the relationship and contracts with the media agency and key media owners. Work with the analytics teams, Econometrics provider and agency to understand the measurement and optimisation across media channels, making recommendations to improve effectiveness. Drive creativity and innovation in media working with internal creative teams, Paid Media agency and Content & Innovation teams to harness partnerships and implement test & learn plans that will help deliver business goals. Be the lead in delivering and communicating campaign timelines, managing expectations across internal and external teams and continue to follow established ways of working process documents. What do I need to get this role/job?Minimum criteria Significant media agency experience preferred or experience in similar role for another brand Media professional with excellent creative and commercial understanding and a proven success record working across complex businesses and multiple stakeholders. Highly experienced in strategy, planning and buying of all media channels.Evidence of holding teams accountable and working effectively, with experience implementing econometrics results to improve media performance. Proficient in comms planning process development and coordination of all media channels.ITV strongly encourages applications for this role from candidates with a disability and as a Disability Confident Leader, we have committed to interview all candidates with a disability whose application meets the minimum criteria for the role.
