Position requires someone with mid-level experience in the fields of Tech/AV/and Livestream, who also has creative ability to assist in overall production. This position will engage with technical and production-oriented tasks for our system but will specialize in the Modern Worship Service. This person will have a collaborative mindset who can utilize our Livestream equipment to create content that is high quality, unique and engaging in this new online world.Job Duties:Lead Livestream video creation and implementation for Modern Worship weekend services.Work with the Audio Engineer to ensure seamless quality of both video and audio livestream content.Choose camera angles, execute real-time video feed switching.Collaborate with the Worship Leader on weekly lighting design and weekly creative visual direction.Utilize ProPresenter to create and oversee the Lower 3rds, graphic backgrounds and lyrics (in collaboration with Worship Leader)Oversee all on-screen content to include various video/motion backgrounds and slides.Work with the Video & Media Manager to manage maintenance and future improvements of Grace Avenue’s livestream rig and technical equipment.Engage in mid-week communication with Worship Leader, Campus Pastors, Video &Media Manager to ensure preparedness for Sunday services.Recruit, train, schedule and manage volunteers to serve on the Modern tech and livestream teams.Cross train to gain working knowledge of all Grace Avenue technical and livestream equipment across campuses.Trouble shoot Sunday morning and mid-week technical difficulties.Provide technical and live stream services for various Grace Avenue evening and weekend events as needed. Schedule will vary and will be coordinated with Video &Media Manager. Church holy days like Easter and Christmas are required workdays.Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
