That means that you can handle the day-to-day tasks of any great EA -- overseeing schedules, preparing for meetings, and coordinating events -- in addition to higher-order work like managing sensitive information and relationships; taking on special projects; and solving problems of all magnitude with grace. You are adaptable, take initiative, and do whatever it takes to keep the company running smoothly.What You’ll DoAssist our three executives with scheduling and with knowing where they need to be throughout the day. You’ll be responsible for making sure that deadlines are set, met, and carried through.Help prioritize meetings and delegate tasks so that their time is spent effectively.Act as a liaison between the company and important business partners, vendors, clients, etc. You’ll be trusted to represent the company professionally and with poise.Schedule and manage business travel arrangements for company leadership, including flight/hotel bookings and compiling detailed itineraries.What You HaveAt least three years of experience as an executive assistant for a sophisticated, high-growth companyBachelor’s DegreeAbility to keep track of many tasks at once without letting anything fall through the cracksSuperior communication, writing, time management, and interpersonal skillsAbility to receive and implement feedbackPride in your work and a sense of ownership over projects that you manageHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite as well as ability to stay informed about new tools and technologiesThis is a benefits-eligible, full-time position based in our Brooklyn, NY offices.
