    The CIB Production Coordinator (PC) works with the CIB Video Lead and Digital team to support CIB video efforts. The PC will collaborate with marketing, communications and business partners across the CIB and JPMorgan Chase to produce engaging and compelling content that empowers our clients and drives the J.P. Morgan brand, and contribute to strategy, development and execution of video content for the CIB.  The ideal candidate will use their understanding of video storytelling and production to play a key role in expanding the CIB’s video products and workflow.The PC coordinates pre-production, production and post-production logistics and assists with the creation of CIB video and audio productions for the Firm’s website and external marketing channels. The successful candidate must excel in a fast-paced, high-performing, professional environment.Types of video projects include: client stories, live stream events, animation, on-site conference coverage, talking heads, internal meeting, industry reporting, etc.Main responsibilities:• Assist with video production and post production for video content on internal and external platforms including jpmorgan.com, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, as well as internal Intranet site• Own selected video projects from start to finish and partner with CIB team leads to identify new and topical content ideas, as well as assisting in developing and executing distribution strategies.• Coordinate administrative duties, including meeting and collaborating with marketers and communicators from across the CIB to develop comprehensive video briefs• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to determine project scope and production schedules• Assist in managing internal and external resources to execute videos• Lead the content approval process, including signoffs, contracts and releases, to mitigate risk and ensure compliance• Maintain production schedule documents and calendars, monitor content viewership and curate viewing metrics.• Manage and maintain video database, legal and compliance documents and retain documentation that all content meets ADA compliance (transcripts, closed captioning, etc.)   Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in media (news, television, digital video, creative agency)• Familiarity with video formats and best practices for web & digital applications• Proven track record of assisting producers through all phases of production.• Highly organized, creative, collaborative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling• Expertise in non-linear editing, animation and audio edit/post software (Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition), and multi-camera work flows • Knowledge of video rights and clearance issues• Strong time, organizational and project management skills• Solutions and results-oriented, with ability to multi-task, prioritize actions and deadlines• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)• Knowledge of camera lenses and lights and grip and electric equipment• Familiarity with Mac systems• Familiarity with on set protocols and basic production equipment• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management across JPMC and the CIB• Strong organizational skills• Ability to juggle multiple ongoing projects, work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities• Ability to travel up to 10% of timePlease provide sample work for consideration.This role can be filled as a Analyst or Associate depending on experience.
