We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator (Project Hire) supporting Editorial on a feature length CG film at our Glendale, CA studio.  This position reports to the Associate Producer and Production Manager.
 
Responsibilities
* Take Editorial notes in meetings.
* Coordinate revisions and shot changes from Editorial to the production floor. 
* Export story panels from our production management software to Editorial.  Print and distribute contact sheets. 
* Prep script for recording sessions.  Run recording sessions with talent.
* Work with the rest of the production team to complete complexity analysis of the film, including coordinating editorial outputs of the latest cut of the film, panel spotting every story panel in use, and working with the digital leads to ensure that bid information is up to date.
* Keep Shotgun updated with latest Editorial changes.
* Assist with other duties as needed or directed.

Required Qualifications
* Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to organize and prioritize assignments.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to new situations quickly.
* Ability to work overtime as needed.
* High school diploma or equivalent needed.  College degree desired. 
* Production experience required.  3D animation experience desired. 
* Proficient in Mac & Microsoft Office.  Experience with PhotoShop and asset management software desired.
