About me
I am an optimistic and self-improving individual interested in adding value to the world through my ability to communicate both critically and philosophically. I have a real ability to facilitate discussions and get people to share their perspective and seek to apply this within the media. I have always had versatile artistic sensibilities and I decided to seek out more opportunities as a way of building more experience and success. In the last 4 years since I started university, I have been involved in various independent music and film projects with other creatives and have been able to effectively contribute my idiosyncratic approach them.I enjoy being in front of a camera as I believe this is the best way for me to convey my messages and also connect with the public as a whole. I believe there are many underrepresented perspectives, talents and lifestyles that I would be able bring awareness to with my work. I also have a flair for glamour and firmly believe that substance counts just as much as style.
Acting experience:
Extra in short film project for Royal Central School Of Speech And Drama MA students (The Sound Of Silence - AbeoJackson Productions).
Modelling experience:
Independent fashion labels (Thrifty Towel). University level fashion shoots (Kingston).
Television experience:

Specific skills:
Rapping, Marketing, Acting, Public Relations, Investigative Journalism,
Interesting past experiences:
I lost my single Mother to HIV at 10 years old and since have been adopted into a multi racial blended family. This influences my unique worldview that I am keen to share as it gives me an understanding of socioeconomic and cultural realities that go beyond the norm. I believe there is a lot to be learned from a diverse and inclusive ? that takes into account the lessons that adversity and an alternative upbringing have to teach. Through my varied experiences growing up in a chaotic London environment I have acquired an emotional depth that I am passionate about expressing.
I have a deep interest in 'New Age' thinking that engages the mysteries of the big picture that developed after the loss of various friends and family of mine during my teens. I started to seriously consider the fact that a many of life's major events are beyond our control and therefore I searched within as a means of finding strength and awareness. I often blog my life perspectives on social media as a means of sharing my ideas to come to a higher understanding. I believe a global perspective on society and the lifestyles within it needs to be broadcast more in an effort for people to truly share and support one another.
I was groomed by an aspiring film producer during my teens as a protege and discovered that ideal that great entertainment is often based on the gripping parts of real life. I was taught that the ability to turn a weakness into a strength by dramatising it is at once the most cathartic and compelling use of the arts known to man and that has stuck with me ever since.
I have always been an inspired orator and displayed that during the million mask political march 2015 where I was interviewed about my personal perspective on the relations between the government and the youth. https://vimeo.com/144993945 See minute 1:26. I greatly enjoy being a spokesperson/campaigning for any cause I truly believe will aid the greater good.
I am also a home academic who tends to research more about life than I do about my degree!
