About me
I am a keen costume maker and have skills in womenswear across the ages; menswear tailoring; corsetry; pattern cutting and drafting; historical construction. I have always been creative and inspired to create remembeable work. I thrive when challenged and am excited for any opportunity to perfect my skills and improve my abilities.I have been employed for 5 years within the Waitrose Partnership and work well in a team environment and on my own which my job roles required. I have been trained in managerial skills and am currently a delivery driver which has relyed my excellent customer service skills.
I hope to get any work that will improve my skill set now. I enjoy historical work, recreating and preserving, but also work that pushes me mentally and creatively, I personally love film work for the level of detail and accuracy that is required. I also have a passion in dressing and altering clothing, working to deadlines and under pressure is my motivator.
Additional skills:
I have a full license and use of my own car.
I volunteer for Windsor Lifegaurds, patrolling and lifesaving, also teaching children ages 7-15 the basics of water saftey. Through this I am CRB certificated and have basic first aid training.
