About me
I am an Edinburgh based stage manager with training from Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where I graduated with an MA (Merit) in Theatre Production and Design in November 2019. Prior to this, I gained significant experience as a stage manager in the Edinburgh Fringe over the last six years with the company Captivate Theatre, whilst studying a Film and Media undergraduate degree at Stirling University. Since graduating, I have worked in two professional shows in London, and I was successful in gaining the role of apprentice assistant stage manager through the Theatre Haymarket Masterclass Stage Management Apprentice scheme for the Chichester Festival Theatre show, The Life of Galileo. After the closures of theatres this year I was able to work as a digital production manager for an online show, I Love You You're Perfect Now Change, for Room 29 Theatre. I am a dedicated team member, always keen to learn on the job and to bring my skills to any production team I join.Additional skills:
During my time at Guildhall I worked on four shows, all of which have given me great experiences in management, directing, costuming, and construction. I have also acted in the past, as well as performed as a musical theatre singer and I attended a music school to develop my singing skills. I have a great understanding of how theatre production works overall as I have done various roles over the last five to six years.
