Sports reporter (and widower/single-dad) Stuart Morrison's paper is in financial trouble, and hotshot businesswoman Cara Rossi's been assigned to make it profitable. Cara, eager to escape London after a disastrous affair with her boss, is still reluctant to take the assignment, as she left Glasgow for greener pastures and would once again be in the bosom of her overbearing Italian family.
