An immigrant helps a farmer couple chase away bullies.
Jose, a traveller from Brazil, is down on his luck and is hitch-hiking through the Yorkshire Dales. On his travels, he finds a “help wanted” sign pointing towards a farm run by frail, old Paul and his disabled wife Gladys, who are having money trouble. After a couple hours helping out on the farm, Jose is sadly fired by Paul and Gladys due to being incompetent at his job. As he heads off disappointed, a car full of loan sharks turn up and start causing chaos. Paul and Gladys have had a troubled past and find themselves in debt to these men. Jose decides to help them out with a secret skill set completely unrelated to the farm business, martial arts, something Paul and Gladys had never anticipated...
