Scottish Actors Showcase?
I wondered whether anything like this currently exists for professional actors as opposed to drama school graduates, and if not, whether anyone might be interested in trying to put something together?
It's an idea I've been toying with for a couple of years but I think it would need a) a reasonable number of people; b) at least some people who have already been involved in some kind of showcase and have some idea of what format works best (I have no formal training, so I've never seen a drama school showcase) and c) a bit of momentum.
I started looking into something similar previously, but struggled to pull anything together due to other commitments. I still think it could be a really useful undertaking though, but it would need at the very least half a dozen people really committed to making it happen.

I just meant actors in the Scottish geographical area and therefore in the vicinity to attend a meeting/take part in a showcase in Scotland. There is no anti-Non-Scottish-nationals sentiment implied. Apologies to anyone who may have been offended or felt excluded.

Hi, I'm a Scottish actress, but like many am based in London. I'd be interested in being part of a Scottish showcase, but it's a bit tricky from here! I'll pass the idea on to my friends still based up north though.
