I loved th Danger mouse and He man and She Ra...oh oh and the Gummi bears. I used to jump around pretending I had drunk some of the gummi juice... when in fact it was Ribena and the sugar making me go nuts (before they took out the sugar!!)

Lee Ravitz
Actor

Nathan is correct that, to a certain generation of boys, the theme tune to Ulysses 31 was the 'de rigeur' song of choice (not that anyone I knew ever recalled more than about one verse...as far as I am concerned it went something like 'Ulysses, Ulysses, Soaring (?) through all the Galaxies, In Search of Earth, Soaring (?) Into the Night. Ulysee-ee-ee-ees [as Nathan correctly put it], no one else can do the things you do (?!!!!), Ulysee-ee-ee-ees, blah blah, num num, whatever the next verse is...oh, I give up'.

From the cartoon vault, there was also an unnecessary obsession with the theme tunes to: Dogtanian and the Three Muskehounds ('One for all and all for one/Muskehounds are always ready/One for all and all for one/ Helping everybody {?!!!), one for all and all for one/...oh, no now it's got all high pitched and I have no idea what they are actually singing...etc.'), and, naturally, bloody Cities of Gold.

I was also partial, as a child, to singing rude world war I era songs about soldiers bollocks, but then, I was a strange child.
