OK for this thread i was thinking that everyone (I'm trying to get every single member, near enough)to write in one fact that they know about an Actor or film etc.
For example

-Did you know that Marlon Brando's real name was marlon Brandeux?

Kris Scholes

Did you know that Nicole Kidman's diamond necklace in 'Moulin Rouge' is the most expensive piece of jewellery ever made for a film.

Bit random but there you go

I read in an interview that Julia Roberts only shaves (legs, armpits etc) when she is filming.

At the beginning on Saturday night Fever when you see John Travolltas feet as he struts down the street.... those aren't actually his feet. He walks with too much of a bounce so they used someone else for those shots....

Hitchcock's "Psycho" (1960) was the first film to show a flushing toilet.

At last Hitchcock had unveiled the loo on Hollywood's silver screen, and America's cinematic toilet taboo was finally broken!

Gene Kelly had a temperature of over 100 degrees whilst filming the title sequence of 'Singin' in the Rain'...what a trouper! And going from the sublime to the ridiculous, George Clooney was responsible for 'South Park' getting a tv series-he loved the low-budget, unknown Christmas special that they did so much, he copied it, sent it to all his friends and hey presto, one arrived on the desk of a tv executive and the tv series arrived not long after!

101 Dalmatians and Peter Pan (Wendy) are the only two Disney cartoon features with both parents that are present and don't die throughout the movie.

Actor Tommy Lee Jones and former vice-president Al Gore were freshman roommates at Harvard

David Prowse was the guy in the Darth Vader suit in Star Wars. He spoke all of Vader's lines, and didn't know that he was going to be dubbed over by James Earl Jones until he saw the screening of the movie.

The sound of E.T. walking was made by someone squishing her hands in Jello.

All of the clocks in the movie "Pulp Fiction" are stuck on 4:20.

Before Brad Pitt was a huge star he dressed as a chicken for a fast food restaraunt. But he couldn't of looked that bad as he pulled Mike Tysons then wife Robin Givens. Who was like the 80's Halle Berry. Luckily Mike didn't know anything about it.

Ah. I've just noticed that somebody beat me to it with the clocks in Pulp fiction...

Ok...

Did you know that, instead of Marlon Brando, the Role of Vito Corleone, The Godfather, was almost Frank Sinatra?

In Singin' in the Rain they added milk to the water in the famour rain scene so that the rain would show up better on film.
