Am I doing something wrong? I've been using SJP for nearly two years now and never had a sniff of a job offer. Are my pics wrong, CV wrong or do I need to upgrade to receive serious offers? Any tips would be appreciated,

Big Congrats on the job!
Actually, I WOULD be really up for it. Depends what you guys want to do. I'm a writer and composer, so music is a possibility too.
Seems we have a blank canvas!

One thing I will say about CV to co-inside being too long is if you work at a venue which you have done many performances at, dont list every credit. If your a casual electrician at a touring theatre why put every single credit on? any prospective employer would know what a venue does and what sort of things it get's
cool, went to see a Kneehigh performance yesterday. It showed me how well spoken word and music can really connect.. Anyone interested in immersive theatre?
OH YAY 1 DAY OF COMPLAINING AND I GET OFFERED 2 JOBS WIN!!!!!!!!
Nice one, Jonathan! I hope they are good jobs...

Just in case that approach works, I apply for jobs on a daily basis as and when they come up, but still no luck *sadface*
I got a few interviews and 3 jobs from SJP. I know its horrible when you feel you are not getting any where but you just have to keep throwing yourself out there.
I lost count of how many interviews have ended up with 'thanks but no thanks' or 'someone else had more experience than you'.
To be honest even tho I felt that doors were being slammed in my face at least I got an interview in the first place :D which in my opinion is the hardest part.
But I would say that talking on the phone or in person with the stage/technical managers etc will help you far more than just using a website.
SJP is a great means of getting you some of the way but you can't just rely on people using the internet for their recruitment needs.
